The NITRODOSE® Easy Doser has allowed Vacuum Barrier Alliance to provide customers with slower capacity lines to enjoy the benefits of liquid nitrogen injection when pressurizing or inerting their package type. “We have had tremendous success at various wineries and the overwhelming response to this new unit has been great, “ stated Boyd Bowdish, West Coast Sales Applications Engineer.

The NITRODOSE® HS advanced design allows for discreet dosing at the highest speed PET and thin-wall can lines available today. Additionally, the end user realizes significant liquid nitrogen cost savings and any concerns of liquid nitrogen falling into the equipment are eliminated. “This new system design has allowed us to work in sync with customers advanced product lines and meet their needs as their line speeds increase,” stated Boyd Bowdish, West Coast Applications Engineer.

In April, 2004, Vacuum Barrier Alliance moved to a new facility that provides space for inventory storage, equipment assemblies and additional support staff.
