The exterior of the system promotes cleanliness and eliminates potential contamination from product build up. Designed with rounded edges and a stainless steel valve cover to withstand high pressure water or chemical clean up and promote liquid roll off away from the opening of the package.

The NITRODOSE® Aseptic system also boasts features such as; fully automated controls for dosing and sterilization, ramping up or down with line speed changes, dose compensation logic and connects directly with VBC SEMIFLEX® liquid nitrogen piping to provide a complete supply system from tank to filling line.
